Our tour today started at around 1300 m in a north-westerly exposure. There were no problems with the snow. On the ascent there was a very short patch of snow on a forest road and on the way back to the car the forest road was cleared and so there were also some patches of snow (not the same way back!). On the south side, the situation doesn't look very rosy. I would say that from about 1600 m you could give it a try.

To forget!!! In the first part of the descent, there was a stable snow cover, then a transition to a non-stable cover (broken snow deluxe!) and rotten snow on the last few meters. There was no night-time radiation and today there was hardly any sun and the temperatures weren't particularly warm => crap.

Risks

Due to the low temperatures, there was no daytime cycle. Everything was quite relaxed today.

Well, snow-wise to forget, but we were on our own again and in the few clearings we were rewarded with a mystical atmosphere. Just two stars.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
