There's enough snow on the glacier, towards Langwiedboden it's a bit poor in places with the base, but it's still quite rideable on the steeper lines further up.
Snow quality
Fine cold powder on top, 30-50 cm at a guess. There was often a wafer-thin cap on top, but it hardly interfered with the riding. Towards midday it got a bit heavier at the bottom, but it was still easy to ride, and we hardly ever went any deeper than the Alpincenter, it was just too warm below...
Risks
Very manageable. The snow fell without wind and was therefore quite low tension. Even the blasting in the morning didn't trigger any real boards. Some sluff went with it, of course. Further down some loose snow slides from sunny terrain.
Overall impression
A really great day at the end! Powder, sun and few people!
