Much better than last season in November! The days have seen around 20 cm to 30 cm of snow. Visually it looks like winter, but there are hardly any opportunities for off-piste runs. Some people have already seen things differently today and have been sliding around wildly between the rocks.
Snow quality
The slopes were quite easy to ski on until midday. Then, however, the ice appeared at the various narrow sections. The quality of the few sensible turns in the terrain was just as good for October.
Risks
The main danger in the area at the moment comes from rocks, stones and crevasses. However, the wind has blown a lot of snow today and is creating the first hotspots.
Overall impression
Nice first day of skiing and the crowds were still limited.
