Variations of snow cover

From 1300 meters enough to really step on the gas! Below that, a little caution is still required in the forest

Snow quality

3 von 5 Sterne
Hard, pressed snow
Wet snow
Powder snow

From 1600m you can find even better powder in areas protected from the wind. powder to be found! Below that, it's very difficult and sometimes with a slight snow cover. In more exposed areas, heavily wind-pressed.

Risks

North-Eas

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

The wind was blowing hard in all exposures. On the south-facing slopes where we were out and about, the snow cover already looked well set and stable! It is certainly even more critical on the north side.

Very nice day in the area with the best weather! With a little ascent you could still find good snow

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
