even the fresh snow hardly changed the precarious overall situation. In the light high forest, a little was possible. as soon as it got thicker or bushier, nothing worked anymore. not below 1700 anyway.

nice powder (20cm fresh) rather on the heavier side but still very good to ride.

Below the tree line, little wind and no danger signs. Above, little visibility and more wind. Certainly drifting snow.

Beautiful powder day. Good snow with little base - almost like early winter
