Snow condition
There's not much snow overall, but it's surprisingly good enough for the sparse forest between the chairlifts. You shouldn't ski below the Krinnenköpfe anyway and you can't at the moment. There's too little there. On the south side anyway. Fresh snow felt like 25-30cm in total.

Snow quality
Great powder on a soft surface (or directly on the forest floor in places). Old tracks and humps are largely snowed over, but still noticeable in places. For me, it was the first day this year when treeruns were possible. We stayed in the trees. Visibility was worse further up - so I can't say anything definite about drift snow further up. It was nice and untracked in the forest.
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
No signs of avalanche danger in the forest. Due to the cloud cover, I can't give much information for higher areas. But it was definitely windier than usual. You're pretty sure to find drift snow at least on the ridges.
Overall impression
Surprisingly great day with much better conditions than expected and even decent visibility at times. The pistes and lifts were overflowing with carnival tourists - but the classic Innsbruck powder stress didn't materialize today.
