Snow condition
There is enough snow for forest aisles, but in dense and overgrown forests there is often borderline little. Mountain pines are mostly free. Above the tree line you can ski well off-piste. Fresh snow was about 20cm. Often on a hard crust. Of course, it felt deeper on slopes that had been blown in. The valley run is now closed due to lack of snow.
Snow quality
Above 1700m nice powder, partly on crust. Below 1700m slowing cardboard snow.
Risks
Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)
In some cases, cracks formed in the snow cover on steep slopes. Watch out for drifting snow!
Overall impression
Beautiful powder day. With short windows of visibility between the clouds. With the continuing snowfall, it's bound to be nice again tomorrow.
