Variantenskifahren im Skigebiet Sedrun am Oberalppass.

Snow condition
On the north side, tours and freeride descents are possible down to the valley. On the south side, it only looked possible above 1800 m before the snowfall. In the meantime, it should be possible to go further down south, but especially below 1500 m there is no base.
Snow quality
Up to 50 cm of fresh snow fell without much wind influence at low temperatures. Base mostly hard or icy. Difficult to ski in places due to the icy surface, otherwise great!!!
Risks
According to SLF, considerable avalanche danger. Heavy snowfall at night, moderate snowfall during the day, but strong winds starting in the morning. Watch out for fresh (and old) drifting snow!
Overall impression
Despite miserable visibility and constant snowfall, it was a very successful day. 50 cm of powder snow is fun even in bad weather ;)
The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.
Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
