Snow condition
The snow conditions are very good. The glaciers are well snow-covered, the approaches from Curaglia and Fuorns are good and even the summit ridges have good snow cover.
Snow quality
We only found consistently good snow (powdery, without cover) in east-facing, wind-protected gullies/hollows. Otherwise powder, undisturbed cover, disturbed cover, hard snow surface alternating. Sometimes exhausting to ski, but it was still fun.
Risks
Stable with suitable lane selection. According to the SLF, there are still rare but hardly recognizable danger spots in rarely used terrain.
Overall impression
Beautiful touring weekend with good conditions and little activity. Today our persistence was rewarded with great summit weather. However, there was not enough carefree powder enjoyment for 4 stars.
