The few meters that fell above lured us into the Surselva. The fresh snow fell on the south side of the mountain on a bare surface and on the north side on a thin layer of old snow! Streams, pasture fences and forest paths pose a considerable danger! Underneath is either nothing or a thin layer of old snow.
Snow quality
Well, fresh snow, influenced by the wind. Every now and then it was enough for a fun turn until you were back on the flat.
Risks
Tricky. Very tricky. I've never seen anything like today. On the first lift ride you can see the first spontaneous releases from below. The entire snow cover (especially on the north side) is unstable (see pictures). Entire slopes have collapsed. Constant booming noises as soon as you put a single ski on the snow cover. Even when skiing, you could still hear the humming. Crests steeper than 40° collapsed by themselves or by remote triggering (presumably during slope preparation).

An "impressive" day on the freeride slopes, where I was happy to stay on the slopes. There were a few detours to the
