Snow condition
The tours are easy on meadow terrain, and rocky gullies have also been skied a lot. However, the snow conditions there look rather borderline.
Snow quality
Very changeable snow quality. In sun-exposed terrain already quite wet. Still powdery on the north side, but with a light cover in places, even with wind influence, and also pressed in the steeper areas. Still powdery on the east side at altitude. With a bit of intuition, you can still find good snow.
Wind drifted snow
Intensity: medium
Altitude: 1900 m – 2400 m
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
Watch out for drift snow. Otherwise, the main danger at the moment is certainly from sharks.
Overall impression
Made the most of the good weather and found a few nice turns. But we urgently need more. There is a thin base, but there is still plenty of room for improvement.
The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.
Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
