Snow condition
Snow conditions between 1 and 2 stars, piste-like conditions prevail on the standard tours - away from these, the risk of sharking is very high. Even alpine rose terrain often still needs snow to be skiable. On the steeper south side, there is almost nothing up to over 2000m.
Snow quality
The snow quality is quite changeable. On the north side and exposed, often wind-influenced snow. The best snow is found on the east side, not too steep and not too high. It's mostly powder there.
Wind drifted snow
Intensity: medium
Above: 2000 m
Risks
Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)
Unfortunately, the old snow problem will be with us for a very long time this winter, so the only thing that helps is to avoid steeper slopes.
Overall impression
Skied a few nice meadows/alpine rose slopes with a little effort. But even these could do with a bit more snow - rocky, untracked terrain is out of the question - I don't want to know how many skis and bodies have already been destroyed this season.
