Snow condition
Still VERY scarce. There is actually only a small base in hollows, gullies and cirques above about 2500m, practically everywhere else the fresh snow has fallen directly onto the ground. You have to look very carefully where you can ski to some extent (with the handbrake firmly applied), otherwise you will constantly hit stones and the snow conditions are reminiscent of early December.
Snow quality
Quite good, mostly slightly wind-influenced and therefore not completely fluffy fresh snow, but in principle nice to ski, thanks to the cool temperatures even around noon not really difficult on the snow side. 30cm of fresh snow in total.
Risks
Critical. Unfavorable base, especially on north-west and north-facing slopes (see LLB), numerous snowboards had already fallen off by themselves before the lift opened, some blasting also released quite impressive boards (a good 100 m at the edge of the crack).nevertheless, many steep slopes were skied on and consequently some snowboards were released by winter sports enthusiasts.at higher altitudes, especially on shady slopes, stay on the flat!
Overall impression
Actually quite ok, a pity that there is/was no base. Not too much going on overall, but lots of freeriders, the few that were reasonably possible were dug up by 11am.
