Even in the valley there is an unusual amount of snow. More than enough on the mountain, even more than yesterday in Sellrain. Nevertheless, beware of blown-off areas that have been covered by the last snow.
Snow quality
Really great, set powder wherever the sun wasn't beating down directly on it. Great to ride.
Risks
As already described yesterday. An observation between Rotkogel and Roßkirpel. Must have been a self-triggering.
Overall impression
The road to Sölden was open today via a bypass (allow for loss of time). Access to the toll station is only permitted for cable car employees, so we took the piste at the Stabele lift to the Gaislachkogel. North side through the Steinkar. Simply mega. Not very busy but we've already skied one or two of them.
