Overall impression
Snow condition
Very plentiful for a low mountain range (700 to 1400 mH)! There was about 1 to 1.30 m in the forest, of which 50 to 60 cm fell in the last 3 days. And that in all directions.
Snow quality
The powder was already slightly settled, sometimes a small wind cap, but on the whole it was easy to ride.
Risks
Rather relaxed due to the low altitude, but blown over in the ridges. Otherwise, we have not noticed any alarm signs.
Overall impression
We went to the Giant Mountains with "normal" expectations, then had 3 great days with lots of snow and beautiful, varied terrain in both areas!!!! Only the plates were half empty...
