Lagalb and Diavolezza probably looked pretty blown off before the last snowfall. Small stones had to be skilfully avoided.

Powder snow

20cm of powder on an opaque layer of old snow. Protected it was bomb, we forgot the rest.

In the morning we cruised down the Lagalb until we saw a big slab of snow coming down from the gondola, which went all the way into the ravine.

Flatlight fighters in the morning and suddenly the visibility was good and we changed sides of the road and eased off the gas pedal. In the evening, we revived our legs over the glacier and refueled with a delicious Bellavista.
