Snow condition
Even if it's already greening up a bit at the bottom, the snow conditions at the top are abnormally good! The snowfall of the last few weeks will probably ensure us a long touring season. Hopefully it won't warm up too quickly.
Snow quality
At the top (approx. 3000m) 40 cm without wind, fantastic to ski! Less snow on a hard surface at the bottom. If you had only been at the top you could also award 4-5 stars... Depending on the expo, the snow got wet more or less quickly. Tomorrow there will probably be a cap in most expos. But you're sure to find something high up and on the north side
Risks
Quite relaxed on the boards. You had to be careful on the extremely sunny steep slopes, but you didn't want to go there anyway because of the snow quality. Quite safe in the shade. You only had to watch out for the sluff in the steeps, which strangely enough was extremely fast today and almost caught me twice :D
Overall impression
An amazing day. Although the area was really busy for this time of year, no one was in the terrain.
We weren't on the mountain until 10 a.m. and only skied untracked the whole day!
