skis carried from 1800 - 2300 m, glacier still sufficiently covered with snow.

typical early summer slash and dull mush to fantastic firn in the middle slope
Risks
The danger comes more from the snow-covered crevasses. But the choice of routes was obvious. On the Spala ridge it was already very soft on the descent despite the early tour start at 3:30 am
Overall impression
great weather in a great landscape a cool tour with quite usable conditions
