Good! You can really ride a lot of things, but due to the stony terrain up here you should still be a bit careful. More is always possible! I wouldn't go on the glaciers yet. There is about 70-80cm in the valley (November record since measurements began). On the bernina pass there is an average of one meter. Depending on the wind. Where the snow has been transported, the edge of the road can be 2.5m high or more.

Partly windy. An estimated 120cm has been added since thursday evening. The snow is easy to ride, gives a rebound. You don't have to sing in deep. Perfect conditions for shooting.

Risks

Not tragic at first glance. But you shouldn't let that fool you. Many different layers, temperature fluctuations and extreme winds from changing directions are a tricky mix! Further down, many sliding snow avalanches have come down from the sunny grassy areas.

Nice! New skis, new snow, great weather and no pigs on the road!

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
