Powderflucht ins Engadin
Snow condition
Snow quality
Overall impression
Snow condition
Still nothing possible in the Engadin. The valley is white and artificial snow production is in full swing, but off-piste skiing is still out of the question.
Snow quality
The quality of the piste was perfect until the wind picked up this afternoon. Ice skating was the order of the day on the last descent.
Risks
It got quite windy today from around 2pm. But there's not much to carry. Stones and terrain traps are the bigger dangers here, if you dare to venture between the stones.
Overall impression
Rarely have I had so much fun on the slopes. Piste skis will hopefully be mothballed for this winter...
