Quite good, there is about 160cm of snow at 2500m, sheltered from the wind. However, there are some really nasty sharks hidden in the rocky terrain of the Julier Pass that you can neither see nor smell... Most tours on the Julier will be easy to do, but I would wait for a bit more snow for some steep, rocky descents (apart from the LL)

Super! lightly set powder, dusty! sometimes slight wind influence, but you don't really notice it. on the descent at about 14:30 you noticed that the very sunny slopes already have a slight cap, which will probably dampen the fun a bit tomorrow in these expos.

Risks

It felt quite ok, but it's still a 3, we could make out some old cracks in the extremely steep terrain. We also briefly dug down to the ground. On the east side at about 2500m there is a thick (about 130cm), homogeneous layer of fresh snow on top of the old snow. A few large-grained crystals at the bottom towards the ground.

Great weather, beautiful tour, super snow and lots of fun!

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
