In the valley you can just about get away on skis. However, the descent is only recommended on the piste. In the terrain, the descent is possible up to approx. 1100m, after which the snow becomes very poor.

Avalanche warning level 1. The main issue is likely to be the fresh drift snow. From Saturday to Sunday, a lot of snow was transported. This was more than expected in some places. Otherwise, the current situation report is quite accurate at the moment. The main danger is the risk of being swept away and falling. However, there were two major avalanche incidents in the Allgäu and Kleinwalsertal yesterday.

Worse

Better than expected. We even found a few untracked slopes with a bit of powder. Due to the wind and the next bad weather front, the conditions will probably get a little worse again for the time being. But hopefully there should be some snow again in the next few days.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
