Exposition

Snow condition

10 cm fresh snow
Descent through forest
Stone Contact avoidable

At higher altitudes there is some contact with stones because there is generally little snow and 10 cm of fresh snow covers stones.

Powder snow

In the area of the Franz-Senn-Hütte 10cm of fresh snow, hardly any wind on the north side. Only at the very top did the snow blow out. Great skiing on medium-steep/flat terrain. Also quite good where there are mountain pines / sparse forest, but more snow would logically be better.

Risks

No warning signs
West North-West

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

Overall impression

Equal

10cm of fresh snow in the area of the Franz-Senn-Hütte. Everything possible on the north side, but with some stone contact. The steep slopes at higher altitudes have too little snow. But overall very fun to ski. Very little snow on the south side at the bottom, but there was also some snow towards Schafgrübler/Horntaler Joch.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
