Snow condition

3 von 5 Sterne

At the top, some of the fresh snow had been blown away by the wind and was lying between the trees. 3.5 stars because there was often contact with the hard base, but with the amount of fresh snow it was possible to ski pillows without any problems, especially good in the upper third!

Snow quality

4 von 5 Sterne

Fresh snow super light, not the driest snow, but it was really nice!

Risks

LWD Tirol had issued a 4 above the tree line, Schlick itself then issued a 3. The amount of fresh snow was not harmless. However, most of the steeper sections were in the forest and we couldn't trigger anything there. However, it continued to snow until we left, so we'll have to reassess tomorrow (as always).

Overall impression

4 von 5 Sterne

The wind at the top wasn't too strong, a few turns down you didn't notice anything anymore.

I haven't had this much fun for a long time, sometimes you felt like you were back in the last season! Treeruns without end, don't be distracted by the fact that the measuring station barely says new :)

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
