not rosy here either, but not quite as bad as in the rest of the dusty south. overnight 5-10cm on soft ground on the north side, which covers the largest sticks and stones, at least in the sparser forest. above the forest boundary wind-influenced and irregular. best to get through between 1600-2200 without ground contact.
Snow quality
the 5-10cm on soft ground was nice to ride, but a bit heavy. a cap has formed on the south side.
Risks
not so easy due to wind loads from the forest boundary. defensive route selection is advisable.
Overall impression
there is currently something going on here, even with good snow. unfortunately, you are still much more restricted than usual at this time of year.
