Overall impression
Snow condition
The snow conditions are good and sufficient everywhere. Even at low altitudes (1,300 m), it is possible to ski down into the valley. It is slowly getting less on the south side, but still sufficient.
Snow quality
The snow quality varies greatly. From firn (south and east) to some powder (high and north-facing) to wind-pressed and hard as a rock, everything is there. If you look hard enough, you can still find good snow, but as the weather starts to warm up, this will also become more difficult.
Risks
No spontaneous avalanches were observed. Drift snow was only rarely visible near the ridge. However, some old cones from wet snow avalanches were visible on the south side.
Overall impression
Beautiful gully, but unfortunately (and as expected) very rutted. Otherwise a nice ambience and the 2nd star goes to the beautiful weather and good visibility.
