Above 1600m there is a thick blanket of snow. Down to 1200 it gets spottier and below that it's green like in late spring. From the summit station in the direction of the Bergeralm we made a few powder turns. There is about 3-15 cm of powder here. Stones don't come through above 1600. Only the hard old snow base.

3-15cm Ppw depending on the location and how the wind has moved it. Above the tree line, the snow cover is strongly influenced by the wind. In places very hard packed snow, a few meters further on good pow. In forest clearings it goes quite well

Risks

Watch out for drifting snow in steep terrain. No activity near the ski area, but wind signs everywhere

Finally paid a visit to the Bergeralm. Unfortunately in moderate snow conditions, but it could be worse.

Unfortunately the cell phone battery didn't cope with the temperatures. So I couldn't take any photos. I hope the description fits :)

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
