You don't have to carry anything to the Franz Senn hut. We started at 1500 on the forest road on skis. The snow conditions at the top are good.

Powder snow

In the first half of the day, it was still powdery on the snow side up to around 2200. It was then a bit warm and the powder got a silky touch. But it was still good to ski. With the fresh snow tomorrow, it's sure to be bearish again.

Risks

No warning signs

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

Bomb safe. ECTX at 2900m, north side. The layer at a depth of 50cm could be found, but could not be triggered. The warm themes are of course a thing, especially as it won't radiate tonight.

Equal

There's a lot going on at the moment. If we get about 15cm tomorrow as expected, the conditions should remain stable and the snow quality should improve again.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
