It was better on the tour 2 weeks later last year. This is mainly due to the fact that there is no longer a continuous snow cover on the Beiljoch. We had to unbuckle 3 times. Down to the ski area, a slab of snow has torn off right to the bottom. The descent here over the scree field is a bit stupid and won't get any better in a few days.

well, probably better without fresh snow, although there were also a few nice soft powder turns down the Sulzenauferner. At the bottom it was lazy due to the lack of fresh snow/rain.

Risks

The fresh snow became quite soft at lower altitudes and we were also able to observe a small wet snow avalanche here, triggered by a stone from a moraine.

We went to Pfaff and Zuckerhütl, then down via Sulzenauferner and back via Beiljoch. We actually wanted to ski all the way down into the valley past the Sulzenauhütte, but by then it was too soft for us. The Sulzenauferner descent was actually quite nice.
