You would actually have to award zero stars here. I can't remember ever having been in the Stubai with so little snow. Although only a few pistes are open, you are often skiing on bare glacier ice, sometimes criss-crossed by meltwater streams. There are also stones on the slopes, but the lift staff do their best to collect them with buckets.
Snow quality
The little old snow that has survived the summer is halfway ok, it's quite damp. The ice in its thawed state is difficult to drive on.

Waiting in line at the lift to slide around on ice is not even worthwhile for season ticket holders with a short journey before it snows again or gets cold enough for artificial snow production.
