Snow report Stubai Valley, 10/11/2017
Piste on the autumn glacier
Stubai Valley
Snow condition
Snow quality
Overall impression
Snow condition
OK for the time of year, but of course hardly any snow. Nothing off-piste because of stones and crevasses. However, the open pistes are currently good.
Snow quality
Ok and grippy, but will lose more and more grip until it snows again.
Risks
The danger currently comes from a lack of snow. Crevasses and stones prevent freeride attempts.
Overall impression
Quite nice to ride around a bit. Still rather quiet, but it felt like half of the piste area was closed for training.

Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.
Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
