Snow condition
The snowfall of the past few days has definitely not harmed the conditions. However, there's still no basis for unadulterated off-piste skiing excitement. Only fans of "Jaws" will have fun looking for sharks. The slopes are currently still a rollercoaster of fresh snow, glacier ice and small stones.
Snow quality
The fresh snow is still quite loose on the leeward side due to the low temperatures - could possibly also be due to the sometimes quite strong wind that blew today. One or two m³ will certainly still be transported.
Risks
I wouldn't classify it as critical at the moment - at least if you stick to the pistes like most sensible people. Apart from that, I would describe crevasses, rocks and fresh drift snow as the main villains at the moment.
Overall impression
To put it in the words of the locals: "It's all right for a first day's skiing" If you want to use the test to try out new equipment - it's certainly a good opportunity. Not yet recommended for powder fetishists.
