Good snow conditions from the parking lot in Lüsens. Sufficient snow on the ascent. On the north-facing summit slope to Schöntalspitze there are still a few stones sticking out. I would be very careful on the descent. On the south side, the snow is still inadequate in places and stones come through from time to time at around 2500. However, it is possible to ski down into the valley without any problems as the snow cover has improved significantly due to the sheltered valley location

Still good powder on the north side, but all tracked except for a few square meters. It's also getting a bit heavier at the bottom. Slightly influenced by the wind above 2500m. On the south side, the Zischgenscharte was difficult to ski at the top because it was either hard in places or too wet. At the bottom, however, good powder snow again due to the cold temperatures. Up to the Westfalenhaus really good snow with only a few hard spots

Risks

The main danger was probably fresh tribal snow, but it is easy to recognize. Block test at 2700 m north side approx. 40 degrees made a quite stable impression. Some avalanches came down on the south side in the steep terrain due to the warming.

Beautiful tour with great views and a few last turns before the next snow delivery. The base is definitely good in Sellrain. It could do with more snow, especially on the south side.
