On the sun-exposed flanks mostly firny, on the north side also sometimes crushed snow, powder rather lacking...
Risks
Spring situation, but with the heavy foehn storm in combination with some fresh snow the day before, quite considerable accumulations of drift snow have formed which should be avoided at all costs.
Overall impression
Königsspitze and all the other tours are easily doable, the firn may be even better in 2.3 weeks. Take a helmet with you - the risk of falling rocks in the couloirs etc. is also increasing significantly due to the increasing snow cover... ;-)
