Snow condition
From PP Martell valley head at 2000m closed snow cover. South-facing slopes also well covered in snow, only a few rocks free. All in all top. Glacier well snowed in.
Snow quality
Above 3000m in north pow, below 3000m capping, bearing in the morning. Softened in the afternoon, easy to ride.
Risks
Wet snow slides from steep slopes in all exposures due to daytime warming.
Overall impression
Great weather, skied another 400m Pow and escaped the onslaught on Zufallspitze and Cevedale with the less high Cima Marmotta and Venezia. Après-ski via Marteller Hütte to Zufallhütte. Unfortunately, everything is now in clouds in the evening.
