Königsspitze the 2nd

Overall impression
Snow condition
Despite nominally little snowfall last week, a lot has happened on the Königspitze. Instead of simply walking along, we had to track in knee-deep pressed powder.
Snow quality
More snow, more wind - quite challenging to ski as hard tops were quickly followed by soft sections (in the upper part from 3200 m to 3800 m). The eastern gully was relatively hard, but it was possible to ski down the short narrow section this week.
Risks
Despite the fresh snow, wind and weather, the upper steep slope made a very stable impression. Due to the morning fog and the now rather poor snow conditions in the lower areas, everything was fine.
Overall impression
Despite the 2nd ascent in 8 days - always beautiful. With the right level-less company, the ascent virtually flies by and the descent is simply mega.
