As usual, there is a lot going on above 2000m, but you should be careful in the southern areas as there are a lot of open mouths. In general, however, there is less and less snow, so you have to watch out for stones that are only just under the snow.

Snow quality

We expected much more, on Monday there was still a lot of powder to dust off on the Einsenthalter, today even the northern gullies were interspersed with hard snow or very compact powder. The problem here is that the snow quality can change at any moment. In some places, for example, there is real ice.

Risks

At the moment it's 1 everywhere and I can confirm that. However, you should be very careful of stones directly under the snow in steeper gullies.

We were outside, the weather and the view were wonderful ... unfortunately nothing more. Yes, you can still dust off a few great turns, but the variable snow quality and location make it a bit difficult.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
