Snow condition

Above 1500 m, the snow conditions are still sufficient. Above that, it increases significantly. Exposed areas have significantly less snow. There is still plenty of snow where snow can accumulate. On the standard routes from the ski area it is "still" possible to get down into the valley. SFG was at approx. 1000 m .

Snow quality

Fresh snow, just the way you want it. Fluffy and dusty. Unfortunately 5-10 cm too little.

Risks

LWS 1/2. there is drift snow at higher altitudes. No obvious danger spots above the tree line. In extremely steep terrain, the sluff can be disturbing.

Overall impression

Another great day in the ski area. Throughout the day, we were able to ski many thousands of meters of powder. In the evening, the off-piste terrain was done. All the standard routes were also skied and skied several times. Tomorrow there will certainly be very good conditions on the north side and away from the hustle and bustle from 1200 m upwards.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
