Winter Wonderland but still too little snow. Compared to the small Walsertal, Oberstdorf or Lechtal, there is less snow in the Ta-. Only from 1400 meters the 20-30 cm of fresh snow are usable. Below that there is still too little base. Unfortunately, the snow situation in the whole valley is characterized by the wind. Good powder in gullies and wind-calmed areas.

Nice powder

Risks

Not entirely without - with critical slope assessment, nice runs are possible. But of course the wind-prone slopes and gullies in the Tannheimer Tal can be really tricky.

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne

Well-known summits but on a quiet ascent route - still little snow but great powder runs possible with a feel for the terrain. Rider: Flo + Christian. Unfortunately ski legend Martin left his backpack at the door otherwise he would have been there too...

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
