Still below average. Not enough in the forest down into the valley and you shouldn't be 75th on the trails. Above the tree line also below average, but enough to have fun.
Snow quality
Fluffy throughout. Combs partly blown off and now over-snowed. The old snow cover comes through in places, but is not disturbing.
Risks
The Bavarian LWD reports a 1 below the tree line and a 3 above it, which I agree with, although the 3 is a high one. The wind was strong and drift snow packs were now loosely covered. An expert "wagged" into a slope at around 35 degrees and cleared the whole thing straight away. There was a huge cornice hanging over it, which didn't stop two other experts from stumbling after it.
