Sufficient down to the valley, but nothing more. Towards the tree line, no more ground contact, the ground contours still come through.
Snow quality
Very different. Ridges glassy and blown off, sunny slopes partly pabby, then slightly crusty in the shade. Sounds worse than it is, because in the shade there is fart-dry speed powder.
Risks
Llb level 2. also gives the impression. The few danger spots are easily recognizable.
Overall impression
Super day with nice people, powder on the face, sun, no "competition". More of this!
