Exposition

Snow condition

10 cm fresh snow
Descent to valley (to 1000 m)

It's pretty good at the top. At the end of last week there was probably 10-15 cm of fresh snow. Down in the forest it's not very much, you quickly come into contact with roots or stones there. On the south side, it is still slightly snow-covered, but this should quickly melt away with more sun and higher temperatures

Snow quality

Hard, pressed snow
Powder snow
Wind drifted snow

The descent was really fun for the most part, about 15cm of fresh snow on a hard top. Some places were quite wind-pressed, so you had to be a bit more careful. On the ascent it was quite slippery on the hard frozen snow.

Wind drifted snow

Intensity: medium

Risks

North North-Eas North-West

Wind intensity: High (40 – 60 km/h)

Due to the strong wind today, quite a bit of snow was transported.

Overall impression

Equal

Great tour, great weather.
