Snow condition
Compared to yesterday, about 20-30cm have been added. However, I also took some stones from the very top today.
Snow quality
The snow was great today, really fine, fluffy powder. Conditions at the top were fantastic.
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
There was a good wind at the top of the ridge, so there were also some snow drifts and in some places hard, wind-pressed snow. Further down, I didn't notice anything unusual.
Overall impression
It was a fantastic day today in the Tannheimer Tal. The sun even came out this morning and you could make some really fine turns in the snow at the top. Unfortunately, the fun was over after 150-200 meters and you had to put on the handbrake to avoid taking any stones with you.
