Snow condition
Descent to the valley still possibleTendent ....es is going - Above the tree line, snow has been transported by the wind and in places more and more free spots are coming through. Rock contact possible again
Snow quality
On the north-facing side, the powder was also "slab powder" in places. On the south-facing side, it was hard with a lid and with a good nose we were able to harvest a few untracked turns in the powder. Otherwise, everything has already been diligently plowed over. ops:

Overall impression
Not as cold as in the last few days. Fresh snow is now urgently needed. Nice end to the week with summit tea. Pleasantly quiet, sunshine and panoramic views. Short adrenaline rush when one of my colleague's skis came loose from his boot, thanks to a non-existent catch strap or ski stopper on the Dynafit binding.... and he took off on a mighty cliff jump! Fortunately, the ski centered itself perfectly in the snow again after its cliff drop ..... And so there are three stars one for the pleasant weather including sun, one for a few good powder turns and one for the ski that it didn't make off into the valley without its owner ops:
