low (1)

Exposition

East

Snow condition

2 von 5 Sterne
5 cm fresh snow
Descent to valley (to 1100 m)

Hard on the verge of a star for early March. Enemy contact is also to be expected on the slope above the ski area, where stones are only thinly covered with snow in places. It's also getting thin on the slopes, the Schattwald - Zöblen connection is already closed. We were at the Füssener Jöchle yesterday evening.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne
Hard, pressed snow
Powder snow

3-5 cm of fresh snow, but often already with crust. The crust below the Neuschness also broke most of the time. The best turns were just above the ski area where the fresh snow and crust below were damp.

Risks

No warning signs
North-Eas East

Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)

Overall impression

Worse

Nice atmosphere, a few decent turns. In terms of snow, the weather forecast is now quickly becoming very thin. I'm not sure if it'll be snowing tomorrow, but in a few days' time for sure.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
