We climbed from Nesselwängle via the piste, so we got up without any problems. Later, we skied the ascent route from Haldensee to Krinnenspitze, where there are now a few short patches that weren't there on Friday. The last slope we skied was the north slope west of the Krinnenspitze. There is really little snow at the top, I picked up a stone with almost every turn on the first 50 meters. Apart from these short sections, it was safe to ski and accelerate.

Up to approx. 10 cm of fresh snow, which came with little wind on more or less hard snow cover. Some of it broke, some of it held. Can't pin it down to the exposure, it was quite different in similar exposures. In a shady slope, some hard old tracks interfered with the riding pleasure. Overall, however, quite even and very fun to ride.

Risks

Very stable conditions for the most part. It's nasty that the drift snow is now covered in sugar. We carefully ascended a slope with a cornice, which was already very hard due to the warming yesterday and the cooling tonight. We climbed up to 40 degrees and skied down. But I can well imagine that it looks much more critical further up in the Allgäu.

Beautiful round, definitely one of my better days this year Unfortunately only have cell phone pictures so far.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
