Still very good for the beginning / middle of March. Descents down to the valley still possible. On purely south-facing slopes it's over at 1200 meters - there's already a lack of snow.

Unfortunately, we didn't get the firn we had hoped for. It cleared up too late in the night from Saturday to Sunday and the temperatures were above zero. The mix of slightly to heavily soaked snow cover was still really good to ski on until around 11:00 am. With a feel for snow and ski pressure....

Risks

More relaxed again. Thanks to rainfall up to around 2200 meters and spring-like temperatures, everything has settled well. Danger of sliding snow avalanches on steep slopes.

Morning tour - unfortunately the sun was hesitant to make an appearance. But the snow was still okay for a few nice turns

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
