30 cm fresh snow
Descent to valley (to 1000 m)
Covered shoes

Absolutely problem-free, the whole route went smoothly even before the snowfall of the last few days.

Snow quality

Powder snow

Fantastic to ride above 1500 meters, sinking depth when tracking approx. 20cm. Fast and absolutely even :-) Below 1500 meters, even on the pure north side, there is already a cover in flat passages. Towards the bottom there is a continuous top, with a little momentum and technique it's also ok to ski but no comparison to the top. Still enough for 4 stars for me.

Risks

Fresh avalanches
Much fresh snow
North

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

Nothing special observed on our route, which hardly ever gets above 30 degrees. The ridge to the Rohnenspitze is, as always, strongly influenced by the wind, but is already clearly visible in the distance.

Avalanche activity

North

Dry slab avalanche

Altitude: 1500 m

Overall impression

4 von 5 Sterne
Equal

As it will stay quite cold tomorrow, we should be able to enjoy the powder for a while longer :-)

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
