It's getting less - in the valleys, spring has made itself felt ....Man can still ski down into the valley, but by cheating and unbuckling a few times Above 1300 meters, there's still enough snow.

Snow quality

I give it 3 stars - but for the pure firn on eastern slopes I would even give it 4 stars up to 10 o'clock at altitudes of 2200 - 1400 meters. On the north side, there is some grit powder or slab powder on a firm crust - sometimes quite nice to ski. But clearly the current joker is firn slopes

Risks

Very relaxed - but only until midday when it becomes very soft and warm. Wet snow avalanches possible on steep terrain

Overall impression

Beautiful day, lots of sun, delicious firn until about 10:00 am! What more could you want ...

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
