The start - parking lot in Tannheim - was possible early in the morning! Around noon the snow in the valley melted away. But no matter at 11:00 we were already sitting on the terrace with a bike and enjoyed our bike on the mountain above 1500 - 1700 hm still sufficiently

Snow quality

4 von 5 Sterne

fluffy powder until about 10 am ! In the valley 15 cm on the mountain up to 40 cm of fresh snow (Thursday / Friday) - it has only rarely been this good this winter. Then the sun showed how fast it can go at the end of April. The wonderful powder was quickly dulled by the sun.

Risks

tricky - loose snow later in the morning due to warming wet snow slide So early start obligatory

Overall impression

5 von 5 Sterne

So clearly 5 stars - at the end of Arpil in the Tannheimer Tal or over in the Allgäu such conditions, these are real gifts

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
